Terms
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms cover this website and the Arctura beta list. They are short on purpose. By using the site or joining the list, you agree to them.
Who we are
Arctura is made by Robbie Hyatt. “We” and “us” on this site mean Robbie Hyatt.
Using this site
Use the site for its purpose: learning about Arctura and joining the beta list. Please don’t try to break it, overload it, or sign up anyone else’s email address.
The beta list
Joining the list saves your spot. It does not guarantee you a beta invite, a date, or a price. We may invite people in batches, limit the number of places, or change our plans. If you no longer want to be on the list, tell us and we will remove you.
The beta itself
Arctura will come with its own terms, which you will see before you install it. Two things we can say now: what you make with Arctura is yours, and Arctura is pre-release software, so keep backups of anything important and check the results before you rely on them.
Our content
The Arctura name, this website’s design and text, and the demo video belong to Robbie Hyatt. You may share links to the site and short quotes with credit.
Other companies
Arctura runs models made by OpenAI and Anthropic, and can use Jev from TypeSafe. We name them only to say whose models Arctura runs. Arctura is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, and their own terms apply to their services.
No warranty
The site and the beta list are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or the beta list, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to US $100.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
